Dino-Light, designed for kids.
Dino-light is a small, compact solar-powered light that can sit on a child's nightstand, table or in their collection as a collectible. It softly illuminates any corner of a child's room while also adding character to the environment it's in.
The project involved redesigning an existing solar light with an open brief and a focus on design to manufacture, specifically, plastic injection molding. I chose to target the demographic of kids, identifying a gap in the market for solar lights featuring fun and engaging designs.
